According to a decree from the government of Birland (Sports Organization of Birland), on 14.08.2022 Mr. Kiyoshi Dr. Seyed Hasan Tayebi (Founder and Global President of the World Street Fighter Federation) and the Permanent Secretary General of the three world confederations, Imaro, Imaro Sport and Tafisa, A decision to register the World Street Fighter Federation permanently under the supervision of the government and organization of this country was presented to them by the head of the organization. Below the ruling is the seal and signature of the head of the sports organization, and on the other side is the signature and seal of the Queen of Birland. We ask God to wish them great degrees and infinite success. On behalf of Grandmaster Dr. Hamid gholizadeh, the founder and president of the world confederations of Imaro, Imaro Sports and Tafisa.

طی حکمی از سوی دولت ایالات بیرلند (سازمان ورزش کشور بیرلند)، در تاریخ 2022.08.14 جناب آقای کیوشی دکتر سید حسن طیبی (بنیانگذار و ریاست جهانی فدراسیون جهانی استریت فایتر) و دبیر کل دائمی سه کنفدراسیون جهانی ایمارو ، ایمارو اسپرت و تافیسا ، حکمی مبنی بر رجیستر شدن فدراسیون جهانی استریت فایتر به صورت دائمی زیر نظر دولت و سازمان این کشور توسط ریاست سازمان اهداء و حکم ایشان تقدیمشان گردید. در زیر حکم مُهر و امضاء ریاست سازمان ورزش و در طرف دیگر امضاء و مُهر پادشاهی ملکه کشور بیرلند نیز می باشد. از خدای منان برای ایشان آرزوی درجات عالی و موفقیت بیکران خواستاریم. از طرف گرندمستر دکتر حمید قلی بنیانگذار و ریاست جهانی کنفدراسیون های ایمارو ، ایمارو اسپرت و تافیسا
