In a decree issued by the President of the Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Dr.Hemmat Allah Hossein Zadeh was appointed as the Supreme Council of the Board of Directors and Technical Committee in EUROPE and Representative in Russia and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،جناب آقای دکتر همت الله حسین زاده به عنوان عضو شورای عالی هیئت رئیسه  منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
