In a decree issued by the President of the Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Kancho Akbar Rouhparvar was appointed as Member of the supreme Council of the Board of Directors and Member of the supreme Council of the Technical Committee in WORLD and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ، کانچو اکبرروح پرور به عنوان عضو شورای عالی  هیئت رییسه و شورای عالی کمیته فنی در جهان منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
