In a decree issued by the President of the Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Eng.Reza Fattah Hosseini was appointed as the Member of the Supreme Council of the Artists Committee , Technical Committee and  Committee of the Strongest Men of Martial Arts and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده  ، مهندس رضا فتاح حسینی به عنوان عضو شورای عالی کمیته فنی ، کمیته هنرمندان و کمیته قوی ترین مردان هنر های رزمی  منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
