In a decree issued by Grand Master Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, President of the Three Confederations of Multilateral, Global, Governmental, Real and Legal Imaro, Imaro Sport and Owner of the Tafisa, Grand Master. Alireza rezaei Honorable President of the world Guerrilla Organization, Fatah, Zulfiqar was amember of the senior Council of the Board of Directors and Technical Committee In the martial arts section of the World Confederations of Imaro, Imaro Sport and Tafisa in IRAN & ASIA and his verdict was proudly presented.

It should be mentioned that he is the World’s Most Valuable Champion, Senior Lecturer of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the honor of Iran, and one of the greats of Iranian martial arts and Taekwondo, his father, grand master Rezaei, was among the pioneers and main founders of Iranian Taekwondo before the revolution. And after the revolution, he was the senior lecturer of the Green Hats, many of his students were martyred during the imposed war.

طی حکمی از طرف گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ریاست 3 کنفدراسیون چند جانبه،جهانی، دولتی، حقیقی و حقوقی ایمارو، ایمارو اسپرت و مالک و ریاست تافیسا ، گرند مستر علیرضا رضایی ریاست محترم سازمان جهانی فتح ، ذوالفقار و چریک ، به عنوان عضو شورای عالی ارشد هیأت رییسه و کمیته فنی در بخش هنرهای رزمی در کنفدراسیون های جهانی ایمارو ، ایمارو اسپرت و تافیسا در ایران و آسیا منصوب شد و حکم ایشان با کمال افتخار تقدیم گردید

لازم به ذکر است ایشان قهرمان ورکورددار جهان، مدرس ارشد عالی ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح، افتخار ایران وجهان و از بزرگان هنرهای رزمی و تکواندو ایران می باشند، پدر ایشان از بزرگان اساتید اعظم رضایی، جزو پیشگامان و بنیانگذاران اصلی تکواندو ایران در زمان قبل از انقلاب و بعد از انقلاب اند، مدرس ارشد کلاه سبزها که خیلی از شاگردان ایشان در زمان جنگ تحمیلی به درجه رفیع شهادت نائل شدند
