طی حکمی از طرف گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ریاست دو کنفدراسیون چند جانبه،جهانی، دولتی، حقیقی و حقوقی ایمارو و مالک وریاست حقوقی و قانونی انجمن ورزش های بین المللی تافیسا ،گرند مستر دکتر اسماعیل ابراهیم زاده به عنوان عضو شورای عالی ارشد هیأت رییسه و کمیته فنی در کشور پرتمدن ایران و قاره آسیا منصوب شد و حکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
