In a decree issued by the President of the IMARO Multilateral, Global, Governmental, Real and Legal Confederation Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Gm.Eng.Abbas Fattahian was appointed as the Member of the Supreme Council of the Senior Board of Director and Member of the Supreme Council of the Senior Technical Committee in EUROPE and Representative of IMARO World Confederation in GERMANY His verdict was proudly presented.

Dr. Hassan Tayebi, Gm.Eng.Abbas Fattahian was appointed as the Member of the Supreme Council of the Senior Board of Director and Member of the Supreme Council of the Senior Technical Committee in EUROPE and Representative of World Street Fighter Organization and Federation in GERMANY His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست کنفدراسیون چند جانبه،جهانی، دولتی، حقیقی و حقوقی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،گرند مستر مهندس عباس فتاحیان به عنوان عضوشورای عالی ارشد هیأت رییسه و عضو شورای عالی ارشد کمیته فنی در قاره اروپا و نماینده کنفدراسیون جهانی ایمارو در کشور آلمان منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست سازمان و فدراسیون جهانی استریت فایتر گرند مستر دکتر سید حسن طیبی ،گرند مستر مهندس عباس فتاحیان به عنوان عضوشورای عالی ارشد هیأت رییسه و عضو شورای عالی ارشد کمیته فنی در قاره اروپا و نماینده سازمان و فدراسیون جهانی استریت فایتر در کشور آلمان منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
