In a decree issued by the President of the Confederation,Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Boxing champion of Kermanshah province, master and veteran Moslem Zolghadr was appointed as the Members of the Supreme Council of the Senior Board of Directors in Kermanshah province and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست کنفدراسیون ،فدراسیون ، سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،قهرمان بوکس استان کرمانشاه ، استاد و پیشکسوت جناب آقای مسلم ذوالقدر به عنوان عضو شورای عالی ارشد هیئت رئیسه در استان کرمانشاه منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
