طی حکمی از طرف نایب رییس بانوان کنفدراسیون جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو سرکار خانم مهندس ستاره خراسانی زاده ،سرکار خانم سهیلا رستمی به عنوان عضو شورای عالی هیئت رئیسه بانوان در ایران منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
