In a decree issued by the President of the Confederation,Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Shihan Jalil Haghgouyan was appointed as the Members of the Supreme Council of the Board of Directors in Hormozgan province and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست کنفدراسیون ،فدراسیون ، سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،جناب آقای شیهان جلیل حق گویان به عنوان عضو شورای عالی هیئت رئیسه در استان هرمزگان منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
