In a decree issued by the President of the Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh,Gm.Ali Jafar Khani was appointed as the Supreme Council of the Board of Directors ,Technical Committee and Representative of the Ground Force of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and His verdict was proudly presented.

طی حکمی از طرف ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،گرند مستر علی جعفر خانی به عنوان عضو شورای عالی هیئت رئیسه ، کمیته فنی ونماینده نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
