In a decree issued by the President of the Federation, Organization and World Association for the Registration of Sports Records IMARO, Gm. Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, The President of the International Uibff Federation and the League of The Strongest Men of uisml, Mr.Marcelo Pereira De Oliverira, as the representative of Brazil and  member of the Supreme Council of the Board of Directors  and chairman of the Supreme Council of the Technical Committee in South America in the field of bodybuilding, was appointed and his council was presented.
