طی حکمی از طرف ریاست و نایب ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده و گرند مستر حسین قلی زاده ، جناب آقای دکتر فرید نقدی از چهره های برتر مدیریت ورزش و امور صنعتی و اجتماعی کشور به عنوان عضو شورای عالی هیئت رئیسه و امور بین الملل در آسیا منصوب و حکم ایشان با حضور پیشکسوتان و پهلوانان و قهرمانان ارزنده کشور با افتخار تقدیم گردید
