In a decree issued by the founder of the World Confederations of Governmental, True and Legal Multipurpose IMAROGrandmaster Dr. Hamid Gholizadeh, Grand Master Dr. Nader Akbarivand, senior officials of the country and Lashkari as a member of the Supreme Council of the Board of Directors and The Chief Technical Committee and senior chairman of the High Policy Council of the Multipurpose World Confederation Imaro Grandmaster Nader Akbari Vand, with the presence of the Vice-President of the International Confederations of IMARO Grandmaster Hossein Gholizadeh and the grandmaster Dr. Vahid Gholizadeh, member of the Supreme Council Senior Chairman, civil consultant, hero and world record holder, his verdict was presented, remembering the living hero of iran kickboxing champion Arash Akbarivand, a pattern that saved hundreds of lives after his passing and life was done according to his will. His soul is happy to remember him.

طی حکمی از طرف بنیانگذار وریاست کنفدراسیون های جهانی دولتی، حقیقی وحقوقی چند منظوره ایمارو گرندمستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده،گرند مستر دکتر نادر اکبری وند از مسئولین ارشد کشوری و لشکری به عنوان عضوشورای عالی ارشدهیئت رئیسه وعضوشورای عالی ارشد کمیته فنی و ریاست ارشد شورای عالی سیاستگذاری کنفدراسیون جهانی چند منظوره ایمارو گرندمستر نادراکبری وند، با حضور نایب ریاست کل کنفدراسیونهای جهانی ایمارو گرندمستر حسین قلی زاده وباحضور گرندمستر دکتر وحیدقلی زاده عضوشورای عالی ارشدهیئت رئیسه ،مشاور عمرانی، قهرمان و رکورددار جهان، حکم ایشان تقدیم گردید.،به یاد پهلوان زنده یاد قهرمان کیک بوکسینگ ایران آرش اکبری وند الگویی که بعداز درگذشتش جان صدها نفر را نجات داد وبه زندگی طبق خواسته خود در وصیت نامه اش، انجام شد. روحش شاد یادش گرامی
