طی حکمی از طرف ریاست فدراسیون ،سازمان و انجمن جهانی ثبت رکورد های ورزشی ایمارو گرند مستر دکتر حمید قلی زاده ،آیت الله هاشم هاشم زاده هریسی به عنوان عضو شورای عالی ارشد هیئت رئیسه وکمیته فنی در قاره اروپا منصوب شد وحکم ایشان با افتخار تقدیم گردید
